This article shows benefits officers how to review payroll data.
Background
The CHRS Benefits Review HR/Job/Payroll Data User Guide can be used to view personnel administration and employee personal information. Before you can enroll a benefits participant, your Human Resources (or Academic) department must set up personnel administration data: personal information, compensation allowances, and job data.
Access to this page is based on your CHRS security configuration.
Search – Review HR/Job/Payroll Data
Access to this component is based on your CHRS Security settings.
Step 1: Navigation: Click the NavBar Icon.
Step 2: Navigate to Menu > Benefits > Employee/Dependent Information >Review HR/Job/Payroll Data.
Step 3: Search for the employee.
- Enter search criteria.
- Click Search
The Review HR/Job/Payroll Data page opens. This page is view-only.
Step 4: Review information as needed.
