Overview
This job aid shows Benefits Officers how to find Benefits queries for audits and discretionary research.
Types of queries
Run queries according to the category:
- Audit: A query that you can run for specific auditing purposes
- Research: A query that you can run if you need specific information to solve a problem
Find the CHRS BA research and audit queries
Most queries can be found under the Queries node of the CSU Benefits Administrator tile. However, if you do not find the query there, you can navigate to the Query Viewer.
Step 1: Open the CSU Benefits Administrator tile.
Step 2: Navigate to the query.
- Queries > Query Name
