Campuses can create their own private queries; however, they should first review the delivered queries to see if an existing one meets their needs before creating a new one.
Please note that not all delivered queries may be documented or identical, as modifications and ongoing development may result in differences.

This query captures detailed timesheet transactions.
This query captures timesheet transactions pending approval.
This query prompts for a period begin date and period end date and returns employee workweeks containing OTPR overtime where the same workweek also contains:
- an overlapping Absence Management absence;
- a campus holiday; or
- ADO/CTO payable time entries.
Results are grouped by employee and workweek and include the beginning and ending dates of each workweek (which may extend outside the prompted date range) together with the total OTPR and ADO/CTO hours for the workweek.
The query is intended as a review tool. Campuses should use the query results together with the employee's timesheet or payable time details, absence events, work schedule, and campus holiday schedule to determine the appropriate breakdown of qualified and non-qualified overtime, as described in Attachment A of TL 2026-001.
This query captures work schedules that are not correctly defined for off days. The Off Shift indicator must be turned on for day(s) where the employee is not scheduled to work (e.g. 0 hour days). Campus should only correct employees who are assigned to “personal schedules” and report any issues discovered for predefined schedules via ServiceNow ticket.
The result will display all days that require correction, and thus, the same employee may appear more than once on the list.
This query captures employees on alternative work schedule.
Active employee being assigned into a work group that belongs to another campus
Active employee with no TRD assigned. Excluding Immediate Pay. Action Date is set to a specific date.
