Process Overview

The CHRS Benefits Review HR/Job/Payroll Data User Guide can be used to view personnel administration and employee personal information. Before you can enroll a benefits participant, your Human Resources (or Academic) department must set up personnel administration data: personal information, compensation allowances, and job data.

Access to this page is based on your CHRS security configuration.

Search – Review HR/Job/Payroll Data

Important: Access to this component is based on your CHRS Security settings.

Navigation: Click on the NavBar Icon,

NavBar icon

then click on Menu > Benefits > Employee/Dependent Information >Review HR/Job/Payroll Data.

  1. Enter the Empl ID. If you do not know the Empl ID, you can enter other information such as Name, Last Name, or Department.
  2. Click on the Search button.
  3. The Review HR/Job/Payroll Data page appears. This is a view-only page that displays current data as of the CHRS system date.

  1. Review information as needed.
