The CSU Backout SCO Tape Load is used when an error has occurred during some point of the LCD process that requires a full backout of the paytape. Examples include invalid missing SSN and incorrect paytape indicated.  

Step 1: Open the Navbar button.

Step 2: Navigate to Menu > Payroll for North America > CSU Labor Cost Distribution > CSU LCD Backouts > CSU Backout SCO Tape Load

Step 3: Enter your Run Control ID. If you do not have one, click Add a New Value to create one.

Step 4: Enter the Company and Pay Tape Period.

Step 5: Click Run.

Step 6: On the Process Scheduler Request, click OK.

Step 7: Open Process Monitor.

Step 8: After the Run Status is successful, click Details.

Step 9: Click View Log/Trace.

Step 10: Open the log file from the File List.

Step 11: Confirm the process ended normally.
