Overview
This job aid shows campus LCD configuration specialists how to run the Combo Code Sync process.
Background
The Combo Code Sync process runs automatically whenever you add, update or delete a combo code. However, if you change the status of a combo code (active/inactive) you must run the sync process manually.
Run Combo Code Sync
Step 1: Navigate to Menu > Set UP HCM > CSU Product Related Setup > CSU LCD Setup > CSU Combo Code Sync
Step 2: Search for your Run Control ID, or click Add a New Value to create a new one.
Recommendation: The run control should have your campus two digit code and be unique to you. Run Controls are not shared and should be specific to the person completing the process.
Step 3: Confirm the SetID.

Step 4: Click Save.

Step 5: Click Run.

Step 6: Click OK on the Process Scheduler Request.
Step 7: Open Process Monitor.

Step 8: Wait for the Process Status to be Posted.
Step 9: Click the job name CSUCCSYN.

Step 10: Click CSUCCDUP.

Step 11: Click View Log/Trace.

Step 12: Open the output file.

Step 13: Review the output file.
Step 14: Click the CSU_CCD_SYNC process.

Step 15: Click View Log/Trace.

Step 16: Open the log file.

Step 17: Review the log file.
