Overview
This job aid shows campus users how to run the CSU_WA_L15_FILE_DATA Query. Use this query to see historical SCO L15 file data for the L15 SSI/GSI and Prob-to-Perm process.
This query:
- Shows data as it was received from the SCO.
- Is formatted to exclude SSN values.
- Does not show whether the file data was processed or loaded to Job.
Run CSU_WA_L15_FILE_DATA Query
Step 1: Open the Navbar button.
Step 2: Navigate to Menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.
Step 3: Search for Run CSU_WA_L15_FILE_DATA.
Step 4: Select the output:
- HTML to view the results in the web page.
- Excel to download as an Excel spreadsheet.
Step 5: Set the Start and End dates.
Step 6: Click View Results.
Step 7: Review the report.
