SWB DWO Decline Work TAE A person is terminated BEFORE the end date of the appointment since they declined work offered and they are at the end of their multi term appointment, 12.3, year 3 entitlement. This is to capture that the termination was due to individual declining work offered. S31 - - -
SWB NWA No Work Available TAE

A TAE employee placed on SWB prior to end of existing appointment duration because there is no work available. The TAE Employee will appear as separated in PIMS to avoid overpayment but remain with an active HR status in CHRS.

 

This captures those whose pay must stop because there is no work available, but the department has anticipation to have them work the following semester/year based on their needs.

S31 - - -
TER DWO Decline Work Offered A person is terminated BEFORE the end date of the appointment since they declined work offered and they are at the end of their multi term appointment, 12.3, year 3 entitlement. This is to capture that the termination was due to individual declining work offered. S31 - - -
TER NWA No Work Available A person is terminated BEFORE the end date of the appointment for the reason of no work available and they are at the end of their multi term appointment, 12.3, year 3 entitlement. This is to capture that the termination was due to the department business needs and not that the individual declined work.   S31 - - -
