Clear L15 Staging Tables

Updated on

Overview

This job aid shows campus users how to clear the L15 staging tables.

Background

  • Clearing the staging tables removes selected history rows from the staging tables for the current date loaded.
  • Sometimes data is loaded to the staging tables that requires only campus review (example: Prob-to-Perm data passing validations and loading straight to Job).
  • Even if there was nothing else for you to do with the current file, you must clear the staging tables to allow the next file to load.

Before you start

Do not clear the staging table until you are absolutely sure all work has been completed.
