Navigate to the Security Clearance page
Step 1: Navigate to Security Clearance.
- Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Security Clearance
- Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Security Clearance
Step 2: Enter the criteria, then click Search.
- If the search returns only one result, the Security Clearance page opens. Otherwise, select the employee to open the page.
Add a security clearance record
Fields with asterisks are required.
Step 1: Enter Security Clearance data:

Step 2: In the Background Investigation area, the investigation status and date.
- Select Approved
- Enter the approval date
Step 3: Click Save.
- The security clearance record is saved.
Add another security clearance type
Use this procedure to add a new security clearance type.
Step 1: Click the Plus (+) button to add a new security clearance row.
Step 2: Enter Security Clearance data:
