  • Detail Tran Code 35 explanation:  Reassignment, 12/12 position to Academic Year (including Overseas Contract Assignment), with or without lump sum vacation or to 11/12 and 10/12 pay plans without final settlement or if going from 11/12 and 10/12 pay plans to 12/12 pay plan and no settlement due.


Tip:  Can be used for transferring from 12 month to AY (typically heaviest volume may be during Fall processing).
