Overview
This article shows campus users how to view absence results processed for employees by Calendar Group.
Background
The Results by Calendar Group page displays accruals and absences processed for each Calendar ID(s) in the Calendar Group ID. Generally, a single Calendar ID will be processed in a particular Calendar Group ID, unless there are retroactive activities to be processed for the employee in question.
For example, two calendars (2025-03 and 2025-04) were processed in 2025-04. This means the absence system reprocessed 2025-03 because of retroactive transactions or changes to the employee's record.
View Absence Results by Calendar Group
Step 1: Click the Navbar button.

Step 2: Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Review Absence/Payroll Info > Results by Calendar Group
Step 3: On the search page:
- Enter the employee ID
- Select the Calendar Group ID
- Click Search.

Step 4: Select a result.

Step 5: Click the Absence Data link to view detailed absence transactions processed by the system or click the Accumulators tab to view accumulator results.
The Accumulators link displays the result of all absence accumulators for the cycle. If multiple calendars were processed in the group, use the arrows to scroll to the next Calendar ID within the Calendar Group ID.
Year to Date figures are cumulative values for the entire year, whereas, Calendar Period figures are specific to a single calendar period. In this example, CSU VACAE_ENT (vacation accrued) for the entire year for this employee was 25.334 as of the April 2025 cycle.
