Overview
This job aid shows Payroll administrators how to set a retro trigger to correct accruals for late absence entry.
Background
- If an absence-eligible hourly employee enters time after the absence processing has finalized for the month (5th business day of the following month), the system does not automatically re-calculate accruals for the employee.
- To resolve this problem, Payroll administrator can set a retro trigger, which causes the system to re-calculate accruals for that employee.
