General Information:

Used to increase or decrease a student's rate of pay. Non represented student employees may be granted a pay increase at the discretion of the President.
CBID must equal E99.
Set Anniversary Code to M if employee reaches the maximum for the salary range, otherwise Anniversary Code should be N.
