General Information:

Used to remove the amount of a red circle after 5 years per MOU.
Where provided for, the red circle provision in the MOU provides for an additional amount over the salary range maximum for a period of five (5) years. When the five years has expired, the red circle amount is removed and the employee remains at the salary range maximum.
Note, legacy uses the red circle field as a 'plus salary' for paying over the maximum for faculty and MPP employees. The red circle provisions in the other MOU's do not pertain to these two groups.
Do not use for CBID R03 or M80.
Only applies if the Red Circle is greater than 0.
