General Information:
  1. Used to process a Merit or Performance base salary increase for all represented and nonrepresented employees.

  2. Merit/Performance increases provided by systemwide funds generally are effective on July 1 of a given fiscal year.

  3. Refer to the MOUs regarding merit/performance increases provided by campus funds that may be effective outside of a July 1 effective date.

  4. The effective date of the performance increase for an employee on a leave of absence generally is upon reinstatement/return from the leave.

  5. Refer to the respective MOU to determine performance increase eligibility criterion.

  6. Note: If processing a Service Salary Increase, Red Circle Decrease or if salary increase brings employee to SSI Max or Max, update Anni Code & Anni Month/Year for CSUEU, Unit 1 and Unit 8 employees.  Anni Month/Year are not adjusted for In-Range Progressions.
