General Information:
  • Provides for a mandatory increase or decrease in salary following an order from an appropriate authority.  With the exception of Unit 6 apprentices, these increases are effective per the order.  If the increase is not for an R06 apprentice, enter the reason for the increase in Employment History Remarks.

  • Unit 6 apprentices:

 -The Increases for unit 6 apprentices must be at the beginning of a pay period.
 -Apprentices in Unit 6 may receive increases every 6 months, if they qualify.  
-Refer to the collective bargaining agreement for information regarding qualifications.

 

  • Anniversary Date may need to be reestablished if the decrease results in a salary below the SSI maximum.  Contact Human Resources at the Chancellor's Office for assistance.

 -If the increase puts the employee at the SSI maximum, set Anniversary Code to S.  
 -If the increase puts the employee at the salary range maximum, set the Anniversary Date to M.
-If the employee is in unit 3, set Final Anniversary Date and Counter as appropriate.
