General Information:
  • An In-Range Progression (IRP) is a salary increase within the existing classification and range or skill level, and is used to provide an In-Range Progression/Probation Increase using campus funds pursuant to the respective collective bargaining agreement.

  • PAY/IRP may be used for campus funded IRP's and probation increases only.

  • Refer to PAY/SWF, for information on the 2007/2008 systemwide funded in-range progression.

  • Anniversary Date is not changed when an employee receives an In-Range Progression and the salary is below the SSI maximum.  

  • If the increase puts the employee at the SSI maximum, set Anniversary Code to S.  

  • It the increase puts the employee at the salary range maximum, set the Anniversary Date to M.

  • Job Code and Range Code (Grade) must not change.
