An In-Range Progression (IRP) is a salary increase within the existing classification and range or skill level, and is used to provide an In-Range Progression/Probation Increase using campus funds pursuant to the respective collective bargaining agreement.
PAY/IRP may be used for campus funded IRP's and probation increases only.
Refer to PAY/SWF, for information on the 2007/2008 systemwide funded in-range progression.
Anniversary Date is not changed when an employee receives an In-Range Progression and the salary is below the SSI maximum.
If the increase puts the employee at the SSI maximum, set Anniversary Code to S.
It the increase puts the employee at the salary range maximum, set the Anniversary Date to M.
Job Code and Range Code (Grade) must not change.
