This job aid shows CHRS Operations how to Run the NLT process.
Run NLT Cleanup Process
Step 1: Open the Navbar button

Step 2: Navigate to Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > CSU Absence Mgmt > CSU NLT Clean Up Process
Step 3: Enter the run control ID: CHRS-OPS, then click Search.

Step 4: Click Run (there are no parameters).
Step 5: On the Process Scheduler Request,
- Confirm the process name: CSU_MPC_VOID
- Click OK.
Step 6: Click Process Monitor.

Step 7: Click Refresh until the Distribution Status is Posted.
Step 8: Click Details.

Step 9: Click View Log/Trace

Step 10: Review the files:
- Review the log file to confirm the process ran normally.
- Review the MPCVoidReport to see what changed.
