Overview
This job aid shows payroll administrators how to view absence balances for terminated employees.
Step 1: Click the Navbar button to open the menu.

Step 2: Navigate to Balance Inquiry Payroll.
- Menu >Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt >CSU Absence Mgmt >CSU Terminated Balance Inquiry
Step 3: On the Terminated Balance Inquiry page enter search criteria.

Step 4: Click Search

Step 5: Click the employee's name to select the employee.
Step 6: Review the terminated employee's balances to confirm that the balances are all zero.
Step 7: Click each tab to view:
- Compensatory Time balances
- Service Accrual balances
- PTO balances
- ETO balances
