This job aid shows Payroll Administrators how to:
• Adjust absences
• Add a note
Adjust absences
Step 1: On the CSU Administrator Home page, open the CSU Absence Administration tile.
Step 2: Open Adjust Absences.
Step 3. Enter criteria and then click Search.
Step 4: Select a period to adjust.
- The Absences page opens.
Step 5: Enter Balance adjustment:
A. Select the element name
B. Enter the balance adjustment.
C. Enter the End Date.
D. Add more rows, if needed.
Step 6. Click Save.
Add a Note
Use this procedure to add notes to the absence adjustment.
Step 1: On the Absences page, click the Notepad icon.
- The Adjust Absence Balances Notepad opens.
Step 2: Click Add a New Note.
- The Selected Note page opens.
Step 3: Enter a subject and note text.
Step 4: Click Save.
- The note is saved.
