View No Leave Taken (NLT) Activity Audit Report

This job aid shows payroll administrators how to view the NLT (No Leave Taken) Activity Audit report.

Background

  • Any authorized user, typically payroll, can view the NLT Activity Audit Report.
  • This report shows NLT activity during a given pay period, such as who submitted NLT, who approved or denied NLT, and the dates.

View the NLT Activity Audit Report

Step 1: Navigate to CSU NLT Activity Audit Report.

  • Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > CSU Absence Mgmt > CSU NLT Activity Audit Report

Step 2: Use the Lookup tool to select a Pay Run ID.

IMPORTANT: Searching without filters can affect system performance.

Step 3: Select search filters to narrow the search.

  • Department
  • Empl ID
  • Manager ID
  • Unit

Step 4: Click Search.

  • The NLT Activity Audit Report opens.
