This job aid shows you how to view the No Leave Taken Report.

Background

  • This report is typically used by payroll, but any authorized user can access this report.
  • This report shows an abbreviated view of absences and whether the NLT (no leave taken) entry was voided.

View No Leave Taken Report Page

Step 1: Navigate to No Leave Taken Report Page

  • Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Management > CSU Absence Management > No Leave Taken Report Page

Step 2: Enter Search Criteria:

  • Business Unit
  • Bgn Dt
  • End Dt
  • Department
  • Manager ID
  • Unit
  • Empl ID

Step 3: Click Search.

  • The No Leave Taken Report displays the results.

Step 4: Review the results (Wide screenshot is broken into four screenshots for visibility):
