CSU Systemwide third party interfaces will be identified on BPF with a separate swimlane
CMS Central processes will be noted in BPF with a flag, in the Requirements Log, and in the Business Process Guide (BPG)
BPF will contain steps that are recommended as a standard for all Campuses and steps where the process may vary at some Campuses

CMS Central processes will also be noted in Requirements Log
Cross-module effects will be noted in the Requirements Log and in the Assumptions section in the Business Process Guides
BPF process boxes with multiple steps will be identified in the BPG using the following:
Box 1.1 in the BPF will be noted in the BPG with Step 1.1.a
BPF process boxes that are a single step will be identified in the BPG as Step 1.1
Decisions will be part of the narrative in the BPG
