An employee is terminated BEFORE the end date of the appointment since they declined work offered and they are at the end of their multi term appointment, 12.3, year 3 entitlement. This is to capture that the termination was due to individual declining work offered.

• This Action Reason only applies to Temporary Academic Employees (TAE) - excluding Unit 11 aka Academic Student Employees.

• Only used for multi-term appointments; not for use to terminate single term appointments.
