| General Information: | This Action Reason only applies to Temporary Academic Employees (TAE) excluding Unit 11 aka Academic Student Employees - in multi-term appointments who have declined all work in a department for a single campus. This Action Reason is campus and department specific. Corresponds to Action Reason RWB/RTN. As a best practice, all Leaves must also have a return before Termination.
Example: A TAE employee being placed on SWB prior to end of existing appointment duration because they declined work. The TAE Employee will appear as separated in PIMS to avoid overpayment but remain with an active HR status in CHRS.
