General Information:
  • A mandatory reinstatement following an order from an appropriate authority following an appeal.

  • May be used for the following reasons for active employees:    

 -Following a leave of absence without pay(LOA);
 -Following a leave of absence with pay including; Parental/FMLA Leave (LOA/PAR, LOA/FML), Military Leave (LOA/MIL),
 -Following a temporary demotion (DEM),
 -Adjudicated action by a court, Chancellor, State Personnel Board Arbitrator;

  • May be used for the following reasons for prior employees:    

 -Dismissal for cause or disability (TER/DIS);
 -Layoff (TER/LLF);
 -Absent Without Official Leave (TER/AWL, TER/LVE);
 -Adjudicated action by a court, Chancellor or State Personnel Board Arbitrator.
