General Information:
  • Equity based increase using campus funds, pursuant to respective MOU or CSU policy.  Salary program increases are effective the beginning of a pay period.  Generally, campus funded equity increases can be effective any pay period.

  • If the employee is SSI eligible and this increase brings the salary at or over the SSI Maximum, Anniversary Code must be set to SSI Max.  (Refer to MOU for unit 3 employees to determine if SSI eligibility is affected.)

  • If this increase brings the employee salary to the Salary Range Maximum, Anniversary Code must be set to M.

  • For MPP employees - please refer to HR Letter 2009-02.

  • For R03 employees - If this increase brings the R03 employee salary to the Salary Range Maximum, Final Salary Anniversary Date must be set to Max and the Final Salary Counter must be set to 0.
