Overview
This job aid shows the previous manager of an employee how to complete a performance review of that employee as part of the ePerformance annual review process.
Background
- When an annual review covers a time when the employee was working under a different manager, the previous manager can be requested to provide an evaluation for that part of the employee's year.
- Use this procedure if you receive an email that indicates a request has been submitted for your participation in a previous employee's evaluation. Your participation is optional.
Accept nomination and open the document
Step 1: On the Employee Self Service Homepage, click the Performance tile.
Step 2: Click Evaluations of Others.
Step 3: Click the check box, then click Accept.
- Alternately, you can click Decline to decline the nomination.
Step 4: Click to open the Annual Evaluation document.
Complete the evaluation
Use this procedure to complete the Competencies section.
Step 1: Click the Competencies tab.
Step 2: Expand the competency to comment on.
Step 3: Enter your comments for this competency.
Step 4: Continue to expand and comment on all the competencies.
Step 5: Enter comments in the Competencies Summary section.
Use this procedure to complete the Professional Development section.
Step 1: Click the Prof Development tab.
Step 2: Expand a professional development goal.
Step 3: Enter your comments for the professional development section.
Step 4: Enter your comments for the Professional Development Summary.
Step 5: Expand and complete all the professional development sections.
