Approve Canceled Absence (Manager)

Overview

When an employee cancels an absence request after you have approved it, you must approve the cancellation.

Approve Canceled Absence

Menu > Manager Self Service > Time Management > Approve time and exceptions > Multiple Absence Requests.

2. Click Cancel Absence Requests

3. Approve the cancellation.

  1. Select the absence.
  2. Click Approve.

4. Click Yes to confirm.

Are you sure you want to Approve the selected Absence Cancelation requests?

5. Click OK.

Selected Absence Cancelation Requests were successfully approved.
  • The cancellation has been approved.
  • If the employee wants to request an absence during the time of the original request, the employee will need to modify the canceled absence request.
