Overview
When an employee cancels an absence request after you have approved it, you must approve the cancellation.
Approve Canceled Absence
1. Navigate to Multiple Absence Requests
Menu > Manager Self Service > Time Management > Approve time and exceptions > Multiple Absence Requests.
2. Click Cancel Absence Requests
4. Click Yes to confirm.
5. Click OK.
- The cancellation has been approved.
- If the employee wants to request an absence during the time of the original request, the employee will need to modify the canceled absence request.
