Overview
This job aid shows managers how to approve or deny their employee’s no leave taken (NLT) submission.
Approve or Deny No Leave Taken
STEP 1: On the Manager Self Service Homepage, click the CSU Approve/Request NLT tile.
STEP 2: Click CSU MSS Approve NLT.
Alternate navigation:
Menu > Manager Self Service > CSU Manager Self Service > CSU MSS Approve NLT
STEP 3: Optional - filter your results by Department, Manager, Unit, or Employee.
STEP 4: Select the employees to approve or deny.
You can select individual employees, or use the Select All button to select all employees.
STEP 5: Optional: Scroll to the right to enter a Comment.
STEP 6: Take action on selected employees: Click Approve or Needs Correction.
- Approve approves No Leave Taken
- Needs Correction denies No Leave Taken. The user can submit an absence. The employee cannot resubmit NLT.
