Overview

This job aid shows managers how to view team absence requests.

View team absence requests

Step 1: Open the Manager Self Service Homepage,

Manager Self Service

If you have access to multiple Homepages, select Manager Self Service from the Homepage menu.

Step 2: Select the Team Time tile.

Team Time opens.

Step 3: From Team Time, select View Requests.

View Requests

The View Requests page shows the absence requests for your direct reports.

Step 4: Select an employee to view their absence requests.

  1. Select check box.
  2. Click Continue.

IMPORTANT: Do not click the check box in the heading row.

Employee check box and Continue button. A caption points to the check box in the header row that says: Do not click this check box.

Step 5: View all requests for this employee.

Step 6: Click a request to view details.

Selected request

The Request Details page opens.

Step 7: On the Request Details page, you can:

  1. View absence dates and hours
  2. View eligibility
  3. Open the Request History page
  4. Open the Approval Chain page

Step 9: View the Request History.

Step 11: Click the link to return to View Requests.

Return to View Requests

Step 12: Click the link to return to employee selection.
