Overview

This job aid shows managers how to cancel their employees’ absence requests.

Background

Managers normally communicate with their employees to have the employee cancel their own absence request, but if the employee is unavailable, the manager can cancel the request instead.

Cancel employee absence request

Step 1: Open Team Time.

Step 2: Click Cancel Absences.

Step 3: Select the employee.

Step 4: Click Continue.

Continue button

Step 5: Select the absence.

  • The Cancel Absence page shows the absence details.

Step 6: Click Cancel Absence.

Step 7: Click Yes to confirm.

  • The absence has been canceled.
