Nominate Participants (Manager)

Overview

This job aid shows managers how to nominate 360 review participants and previous managers for the ePerformance annual evaluation. Both managers and employees can nominate participants.

If this step is not needed, go on to the next step.

Background

  • This activity is optional and should only be utilized to nominate participants such as Leads overseeing a unit or if there was a change in supervisor for a portion of the evaluation period.
  • Only the Manager can approve participant participation.
  • After accepting the nomination, the participant can enter notes and feedback that only the manager will be able to read and review.

Nominate Participants

Step 1: On your Manager Self-Service Homepage, click Team Performance tab.

Step 2: Click Current Documents.

Step 3: Open the Annual Evaluation Document.

Step 4: Expand the Nominate Participants link

Step 5: Click Add Participants.

Step 6: Click Add 360 Participant or Add Previous Manager.

The procedure for adding a 360 participant and previous manager are exactly the same.

  1. Step 7: Complete the search fields, then click Search.

Step 8: Check the box next to the intended nominee.

Step 9: Click OK (at the bottom of the page).

Step 10: Review the participants.

Step 11: Click Save.

Step 12: Click Submit Nominations.

Step 13: Click Confirm.

Step 1: Expand Nominate Participants.
