This job aid shows managers and timekeepers how to view employee work schedules for groups of employees in a single view.

View Work Schedules

Step 1: Navigate to Manage Schedules.

  • Menu > Manager Self Service > Time Management > Manage Schedules > Manage Schedules

Step 2: Optionally enter search criteria.

Employee search fields

The search finds employees to which you have row-level access. Time-keepers can include a department to limit search results.

Step 3: Click Get Employees.

Get Employees

The page displays the employee schedules for the current week.

Step 4: Optional: Refine the view

  1. Select the week to view.
  2. Select the date.
