Overview
This job aid shows you how to find and print the employees Appointment Notification using the CSU TAE Print Appt Notif page.
It is the campus’s responsibility to place the appointment notifications in the employee’s personnel file.
Print appointment notifications
Step 1: Click the Navbar icon.

Step 1: Navigate to Menu > CSU Temp Academic Employment > CSU TAE Reports > CSU TAE Print Appt Notif
Step 2: Enter your Run Control ID and then click Search.
- If you do not have a Run Control ID, open the Add a New Value tab to create one.

Step 3: Complete the required fields:
- Business Unit
- EE group

Step 4: Optional: Complete any of the optional fields to refine the criteria.

When the appointment notification email was sent to the employee |
Acknowledged |
Displays only appointment notifications that have been acknowledged |
Canceled |
Displays only appointment notifications that have been canceled |
Step 5: Click View/Print.
- The appointment letters open in a new browser tab.
When the Adjust field has Late Start or Early Term the Monthly Pay on the Appointment Notification is left blank. If the appointment is canceled, certain fields on the Appointment Notification will be blank.

What to do next
Store the employee’s appointment notification in your employee’s personnel file. The CSU TAE Print Appt Letter page does not replace an employee’s personnel file.
