Overview
This job aid shows employees how to complete their self-evaluation as part of the ePerformance annual review.
Background
The Self Evaluation phase is intended for the employee to re-review goals/professional development and to self-evaluate so the manager can review this information prior to completing the annual manager-initiated evaluation document.
Guidelines
- When entering comments, do not paste from external sources, such as html, Word, Excel, PPT, PDF files. Instead, type the comments in directly or copy/paste from a plain-text editor, such as Notepad.
- Use Attachments for images. Do not try to include images in the Comments field.
- Employees cannot rate themselves, but can add comments and attachments.
You can add attachments that you believe your manager should review. This section is located at the bottom of the page. Some examples of attachments you may want to include are diplomas, certifications, project completion documents, and more.
Step 1: Click Add Attachment.
Step 2: Click Choose File, then click Upload.
Step 3: Enter a Description and then select the Attachment Audience.
