Compensation History

Overview

This job aid shows employees how to find and use the Compensation History page.

Background

  • The Compensation History page shows you your initial hiring rate of pay and also changes to your pay over time.
  • The page shows your whole base pay (FTE 1.0), not your actual FTE. FTE stands for Full Time Equivalent (FTE 1.0 = 40 hours per week).

View your compensation history

Step 1: Open the Navbar button.

Step 4: Optional: Change your Salary Frequency. Example: you want to see your hourly rate instead of your annual rate.

  1. Select the Salary Frequency from the left side of the page.
  2. Click Apply
Salary frequency menu and apply button

Step 5: Review the information.

  1. Optional: Click View Chart to view a chart of your compensation history.
  2. Optional: Click a row to see Salary Change Details details for that row.

CHRS conversion data retains job history for only six years prior to wave 1 go-live, meaning there might be a gap in your compensation history. You will see your initial hire rate and only compensation history after 2017.
