Complete a 360 Evaluation

This job aid shows employees how to complete a 360 performance review of another employee as part of the ePerformance annual review process.

Background

Use this procedure if you receive an email that indicates a request has been submitted for your participation in a coworker's evaluation. Your participation is optional.

Accept nomination and open the document

Step 1: On the Employee Self Service Homepage, click the Performance tile.

Step 2: Click Evaluations of Others.

Step 3: Click the check box, then click Accept.

  • Alternately, you can click Decline to decline the nomination.

Step 4: Click to open the Annual Evaluation document.

Complete the Goals section

Use this procedure to enter comments in the Goals Summary or select specific goals to comment on.

The Goals tab is open by default.

Step 1: Expand the goal to enter comments about a specific goal.

Complete the Competencies section

Use this procedure to complete the Competencies section.

Step 1: Click the Competencies tab.

Step 2: Expand the competency to comment on.

Step 3: Enter your comments for this competency.

Step 4: Continue to expand and comment on all the competencies.

Step 5: Enter comments in the Competencies Summary section.

Complete the Overall Summary

Use this procedure to complete the Summary section.

Step 1: Click the Summary tab.

Step 2: Enter your comments into the Overall Summary section.

Save and complete the evaluation

Step 1: Click Save.

Step 2: When you are finished with your evaluation, click Complete.

Step 3: Click Confirm.
