This job aid shows Payroll Administrators how to verify the Earliest Change Date.

Background

  • The Earliest Change Date (ECD) is used by the Time Admin process to validate payable time from that date forward.
  • The name of the page to view ECD has changed.
  • You can now update the ECD.

Validate the Earliest Change Date

Step 1: Navigate to Update TA Status and ECD.

  • Menu > Time and Labor > Process Time > Update TA Status and ECD

Step 2: Enter Employee Selection Criteria:

  • Time Reporter Group
  • Employee ID
  • Empl Record
  • Last Name
  • Job Code
  • Department
  • Workgroup

Step 3: Click Get Employees

Step 4: Review the information:

  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Employee ID
  • Empl Record
  • Earliest Change Date
    • Earliest Change Date can be updated for troubleshooting purposes.
  • TA Status
    • TA Status displays the current Time Admin processing status for this row.
  • Last Updated
