Overview
This job aid shows Payroll Administrators how to verify the Earliest Change Date.
Background
- The Earliest Change Date (ECD) is used by the Time Admin process to validate payable time from that date forward.
- The name of the page to view ECD has changed.
- You can now update the ECD.
Validate the Earliest Change Date
Step 1: Navigate to Update TA Status and ECD.
- Menu > Time and Labor > Process Time > Update TA Status and ECD

Step 2: Enter Employee Selection Criteria:
- Time Reporter Group
- Employee ID
- Empl Record
- Last Name
- Job Code
- Department
- Workgroup

Step 3: Click Get Employees

Step 4: Review the information:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Employee ID
- Empl Record
- Earliest Change Date
- Earliest Change Date can be updated for troubleshooting purposes.
- TA Status
- TA Status displays the current Time Admin processing status for this row.
- Last Updated
