Impacted Fields:

Employee Type– valid Employee Types are set up for each Pay Group on the Pay Group Table

Absence Pay Group – Pay Group drives the available values

Time and Labor Auto-Enroll Process (CSU Time Reporter)

System Audits:

System knows which job codes belong to each Pay Group – not on job code table, not on pay group set up:

“Jobcode 1035 does not belong in the ACD PayGroup (20100,7). Please review the JobCode and PayGroup”

Warning received when changing Pay Group to a Pay Group that is not valid for the Employee Type:

“Warning -- Employee Type S is not valid for Paygroup POS. (1000,464)

The Paygroup Definition Table contains the allowed Employee types for this paygroup.”
