| Valid Value Rules: | - Pay End Date is the close of business, and must be greater than Effective Date of appointment/assignment.
- Required for all temporary appointments, temporary reassignments and temporary promotions.
- For non-academic temporary employees, Pay End Date should be identical to Expected Job End Date.
- For temporary employees appointed to academic year assignments, Pay End Date must denote the last date of pay based on appointment contract for the appointed quarter or academic year. This field should be used to indicate the ending date of pay if pay extends beyond the Expected Job End Date.
