Campus Integration Validation Checklist (With CHRS App Dev and CMS-CFS MTP)

During move to production (MTP) campuses will complete the following integration validation with CHRS App Dev and CMS-CFS.

CFS to CHRS

Step 1 (Campus CFS Resource): In CFS, update description of the Account Chartfield by adding a '#' at the end.

Navigation: Menu > Setup Financials /Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design Chartfield > Define Chartfield Value > Account

Step 2 (CMS CFS Resource): In CFS, validate that Asynchronous message is received

Navigation: Menu > PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Monitor Asynchronous Services

Step 3 (CHRS App Dev Resource): In CHRS, validate that Asynchronous message is received

Navigation: Menu > PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Monitor Asynchronous Services

Step 4 (Campus CFS Resource): In CFS, update description of the Account Chartfield by removing the '#' at the end.

Navigation: Menu > Setup Financials /Supply Chain > Common Definitions

> Design Chartfield > Define Chartfield Value > Account

Step 5 (CMS CFS Resource): In CFS, validate that Asynchronous message is received

Navigation: Menu > Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > ChartField Configuration > Chartfield Values > Account

Step 6 (CHRS App Dev Resource): In CHRS, validate that Asynchronous message is received

Navigation: Menu > Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > ChartField Configuration > Chartfield Values > Account

Step 1 (Campus CS Resource): Confirm that the 9.0 HR Nodes for the CHRS Campuses are Inactive

Navigation: Menu > PeopleTools> Integration Broker> Integration setup> node definition> H***PRD

Step 2 (Campus CS Resource): Confirm Rest-based URL definition in the Service Operations for CSU_PROVISION_INT

Navigation: Menu > PeopleTools> Integration Broker> Integration setup> service definition> bring up Rest service> CSU_PROVISION_INT

Step 3 (Campus CS Resource): Confirm Rest-based URL definition in the Service Operations for CSU_SEC_USERID

Navigation: Menu > PeopleTools> Integration Broker> Integration setup> service definition> bring up Rest service> CSU_SEC_USERID

Step 1 (Campus CS Resource): In CS go to Add Update Person and update the BUSN Email to have "Test" before the "@" sign.

Navigation: Menu > Campus Community > Personal Information > Add/Update a Person

Step 2 (Campus CS Resource): In CS, validate that Synchronous message is generated.
