Valid Value Rule(s):
  • Date is automatically generated:  Last Date Worked will populate with the day before Effective Date of leave or separation transaction.  Override date if true Last Date Worked is known.
  • Last Date Worked must be less than the Effective Date of termination job row.
  • Required for all full leave of absence without pay transactions (Leave of Absence Without Pay, Military Leave, Parental/Family Care and Medical Leave, Nonindustrial Disability Insurance Leaves)
  • Required for all separation transactions except Cancelled Appointment Action.
  • Field appears only on Separation and Full Leave of Absence Action Reasons.

  • Receive error if date is after job row Effective Date: “Last Date Worked cannot be equal or greater than the Effdt of the Action changing the status (1000,1101)  The Last Date Worked is based on the most future dated Job row.  The person cannot have a Last Date Worked past that date.”
  • Receive error if date is blank: “Last Date Worked cannot be before the hire date (1000,1107)  The hire and termination dates cannot be the same.”
