The projected end date of a temporary appointment/assignment.
Field Characteristic

Description

Valid Value Rules:
  • Expected Job End Date must be greater than Effective Date of appointment/assignment.
  • Required for all temporary appointments, temporary reassignments, temporary promotions and temporary reclassifications.
  • For temporary employees appointed to academic year assignments, Expected Job End Date must denote the last date of the appointed quarter, semester or academic year. This field should not be used to indicate the ending date of pay if pay extends beyond the ending date of the appointment.
