Identifies the employee's probationary status for a particular job row and/or Empl Record, per a collective bargaining agreement.

Permanency Procedure

L15 CIRS File – Contains employees who gained permanency based on Prob Code value.

System Audits:

Required.

If employee is on probation:  “A Probation End Date is required for this employee.  Enter a Probation End Date and save the transaction again. (25000,4)”
