The primary source of funding. The value entered should reflect the primary funding source that will pay for on-going costs of performance or merit compensation increases. Allows campuses to conduct compensation pool analysis, thereby meeting bargaining unit requirements to provide such information.  

NOTE:  This item is not used by Finance or LCD, and campuses can retain their own values in CHRS.
