Represents the processing status of the Personal Payroll Transaction (PPT) form.

Field Characteristic

Description

Valid Value Rule(s):

Defaults to Await Act on new job rows.

Value	Translate Long Name	Translate Short Name (PPT Status)	Description
A	Awaiting Further Action	Await Act	Job row is not yet ready for processing and no PPT will not generate
E	Error	Error	Indicates a PPT was not generated for this specific job row when PPT generation was attempted. PPT can be generated in this status after error is corrected. CSU PPT Error Messages
G	Generated PPT	Generated	Indicates a PPT for this job row was generated. Cannot be manually selected. System Generated value only.
N	No PPT Required	No PPT	No action will take place in this status, nor is necessary for this specific job row.
P	Payroll Ready	Pay Ready	PPT Generation will occur once PPT processing is initiated.
