Indicates the date the PPT was or will be generated.

Valid Value Rule(s):
  • Auto-populates with current date when PPT Status is set to “Pay Ready”.  PPT process will select any job actions where PPT State is Pay Ready and Run Date is less than or equal to the current date. 
  • If PPT Status is “No PPT”, Run Date remains blank and field is grayed out. 
  • If PPT Status is changed to “No PPT” after a prior selection was made, date remains, but is grayed out.
