| Valid Value Rule(s): | - Accept default of checked (“Use Pay Group Value”)
- This field is blank if the Use Pay Group Value check box is selected.
- Leave the check box selected to use the default value from the pay group definition. Clear the check box to override the default value.
- Note: PeopleSoft Enterprise Global Payroll stores the value at the Job level only if you override it here. If you add a new effective-dated row to the job record or change the Pay Group assignment, the system reverts to the Pay Group default.
- Exchange rate effective dates include: Period Begin Date, Period End Date, and Payment Date.
- When an Absence Management Pay Group is selected, the Use Pay Group Value check boxes next to the Eligibility Group, Exchange Rate Type, and Use Rate As Of fields are automatically selected.
